And then came the diagnosis I never expected: diabetes.
It was a wake-up call that my old strategies weren’t working anymore and that my health was on the line.
I had two choices: give up and accept the decline or figure out a new way forward.
I chose the second path.
Through research, trial and error, and advanced training, I developed a system that worked.
It reversed my prediabetes.
It helped me lose the 20 pounds.
It gave me back my sleep, my strength, and my confidence.
