Why I Created Fat Loss After 40
Hi! I'm Sarah Fuhrmann. Three years ago, I was sitting in my doctor's office getting the news that I was prediabetic. At 60.
I was a certified nutrition coach. I "knew" what to do. But my body felt like it had completely betrayed me.

Within 6 months, I had reversed my prediabetes, lost the weight, and felt stronger than I had in years.
